Our law firm's history
The law firm was founded in 1968 by lawyer Arnaldo Loner.
Thanks to the founder's professional, qualified and discreet commitment, the firm quickly became a point of reference in criminal, civil and insurance law outside South Tyrol.
In the course of several decades, Arnaldo Loner has defended important personalities and companies, practising with the utmost professionalism before the judicial authorities throughout Italy.
In 1995 there was a turning point: the law firm of attorneys Loner-Bertacchi was founded, with the entry of Carlo Bertacchi, already a partner in the firm, and the firm's specialisms were extended to the fields of business law and tax law, including criminal law.
Growth during the 2000s
When Valentina Loner joined the firm in 2000, the law firm was further strengthened by expanding into the field of labour law and further.
In 2008 and 2013, respectively, Fabrizio Francia and Esther Pomella joined the professional association.
